Why is there a charge on my credit card statement?
It's a monthly subscription charge for our cloud product.
Who are we?
A software company that makes tools to help bridge the gap between your remote workers and your office.
Why are you charging us?
This is a recurring charge for the Resonant Forms Enterprise cloud repository based on the number of subscribed users for your organization.
Still not resonating?
It may be possible that someone else in your organization signed up for the service. You may want to ask around the office if this happened.
Where are the statements?
Every time we bill you we send a statement to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. You can log into your account and access the billing portal through the Subscription & Billing tab for your organization. From the Statements tab you’ll see a list of all the statements we’ve sent.
How am I being charged?
Subscriptions are billed monthly to a credit card at the beginning of each period. The base subscription plan is for two users, one of which is the person who set up the subscription. More people may be given dashboard and mobile access to your organization by configuring your subscription for additional users via the billing portal.
How do I cancel the account?
You may cancel your account at any time. It will remain active until the end of the billing period. Once you've cancelled you won't be charged again, but you will be responsible for all previously incurred charges.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions and charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you won't be charged again. We don't have any long-term contracts, lock-in, signup or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you're done. Please see the refund policy for further details.
What is the difference between the mobile and enterprise subscriptions?
A mobile subscription (in-app purchase) is for features specific to a stand-alone device (such as watermarks). An enterprise subscription on the other hand, allows an organization to manage and exchange information with remote users.
Any further questions?
You can submit a billing support request and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
